Joe is a wildman that made his first debut in Rampage: Total Destruction. he is one of 30 playable monsters (40 on the Nintendo Wii version). This is the only Rampage game he has appeared in.

Joe drank Scum Soda and had a violent reaction turning him a giant wildman.

Trivia[]
- Joe may also be the only character with actual hair (for he is a 'man' of sorts).
- As suggested in his official Rampage: Total Destruction description, his hairdo is in fact inspired by the X-men's Wolverine, who also has the same hairstyle. He also bears a resemblance to another X-man, Beast.
